I have worked in other corporate environments, but nothing is better then NICE. It is simply the best. The culture, the people, the management are all professional and truly care for you.

Cons

If you look hard enough you can find anything. I looked and have found no faults with NICE Actimize.

Good compensation package A lot of fun activities ( You will not get time to attend) Superficial feel-good factors.

Cons

Factory mindset of Managers Treats employees as working machines No appetite for learning and development. No time limit on the number of hours, mostly overworked. Leadership is solely focused on short-term revenue growth and ignores human resource development for the long term.
