      NICE Actimize is at a great advantage based on it's market leadership in the Financial Crime space. From a product lens, we are taking active strides to constantly improve and modernize our strong product portfolio. I get to be part of an organization that is working on some incredible strategic aspects and helping companies combat financial crime

      Actimize is facing some growing pains, from an operational perspective. The company is at a juncture where it can no longer operate as small start-up. It must operate as a scaled large enterprise. This means putting an emphasis on consistency with respect to tools and processes. As a firm, we have to focus on : 1. Creating value for our employees by offering strong benefits and career development 2. Alignment and focus with respect to customer execution
