      Pros

      Use of some good technologies which highly depends on the project. Friendly work environment. People around here are having a good domain knowledge.

      Cons

      Though they are product based company but there policies are aligned to service based company. Limited leaves and you don’t get all at once, they keep get added monthly! Sometimes workload can be too much. No proper prioritisation of work. Increment is less.

      Pros

      NICE Actimize was my dream company and it definitely turned out as one of the best organizations that I have worked with. I have been working with NICE Actimize for more than 2 years now. The company provides a collaborative and fun environment for work. I genuinely enjoy coming to work everyday. NICE Actimize is quick to embrace new ideas and technologies which is pretty exciting to engineering. The management will provide guidance and support to advance your career in the right direction. They notice the effort that is put in and will award all your efforts with great compensation and perks. The company gives you an opportunity to upgrade/update your technology skills by undergoing internal/external certifications.

      Cons

      The work life balance is impacted since most of the product and customer calls are US based. Your management allows you to start your day a little late but then you end up planning every single day.
