Excellent benefits, good pay and they are present on pretty much all the banks. They are growing fast and they are the market leaders.

- LONG LONG LONG work hours - No respect for work hours, even if you have family to take care - Very little team work and very little help when needed

they have hire and fire policy. Basically while hiring they will offer you good salary and then place you on pip within 2 months. that is their way of firing people.
