      Pros

      You will get good exposure to banking domain and payment systems. Lot of fun activities. Annual sports events. No micro management if you can do your work on time.

      Cons

      Very outdated technologies. Use their own platform so you have to learn this new platform(including expression language) which doesn't add any value to your career. If you are a tech savy, this is really not a company for you. On top of their platform they also use java but the support provided by platform for java is very bad in terms of performance and object lifecycle management. And you will hardly get any chance to write a java code. The system is so complex that it takes 6months to a new person to actually contribute something. No well define process for software development. Retention is very less that you end up spending lot of time on training and grooming new joinees.
