1)People around you are highly energetic and having good domain knowledge. 2) Really very transparent policies. Can speak directly with Senior Directors, Directors at any given time for any issue. 3)IT team is fantastic. 4)Salaries are good along with every year gift. Cons
1) It's product based organisation and someone coming from service based requires little time to get adjust. Solution wise local build takes lot of time to even start writing single code of line for development. 2) Some of the technologies are old. But they are not irrelevant. 3)Teams are handled directly by managers and everyone within the team reports directly to him. No concept of team lead or senior software engineer. 4) Product configuration is more than actual coding stuff. You can say almost 60% product configuration.
