      day to day is pretty much the same not engaging, they do not invest much in their employees in EMEA more in the US, not many opportunities to advance and develop yourself , a standard corporate managed from the US. the focus is the bottom line$ and not the employee

      Pros

      It was in the past more family company so it was good work area. It changed during the years. I think what is good is Barak Eilam who taking NICE to more achievements and keeping the company to succeed.

      Cons

      There is no place to share harassment. HR are lack of experience in the place of diversity and inclusion. It is not always about sexual harassment but if a manager make his women employees reporting to him to be silent and the HR know about this, so something is not good.
