R&D unit and not just another captive organization

Pros

No nonsense company. Completely focused on technology and product domain. In my last two years I don't remember any meeting without agenda, and not discussing about the technology and delivery. It's a R&D unit and works like that. You have to own everything from product envisioning to implementation, and that's why it becomes difficult to navigate for non technical professionals. Salary competitive and do everything from their side to embed the culture of innovation.

Cons

With that said, i still feel we are missing strong technical leadership at the Pune center.
