Relaxed culture and most of the people are nice and collaborative. Occasional company event and the opportunity to meet senior leaders traveling from other offices.

Cons

People tend to work hard instead of work smart for ineffective, redundant process and lack of documentation. There are some people who do work independently and do not communicate with others, not transferring knowledge and ignoring or showing unprofessional attitude to internal stakeholders.
