      I have been a part of this organization for almost 8+ years, and it has been an awesome journey so far. As a member of Actimize's Professional Services team, my career graph has exponentially gone up the curve. Here are some of the keys things I want to highlight in my journey: 1. Environment : Very fast paced with tremendous learning in each role for all. 2. Open door policy : Helps one to have an open communication with leaders and peers irrespective of the hierarchy, maintaining transparency 3. Growth :Focused trainings organized at all levels like directors, managers and specialist which helps one grow and nourish in their career. Regular offsites are planned which helps connect and build a holistic view of the organizations overall objectives. 4. Learning: Very good higher education policy in addition to domain/technology certification that encourages professional growth and upskilling. 5. Work life balance: Very Flexible and Hybrid Work Model that provides work-life balance. 6 .Exciting Yearly Events & Sports competitions Overall, it has been a fulfilling experience, and I look forward to contributing further to the organization’s success.

      No significant cons to highlight; however, there is definitely room for improvement in the collaboration between the Product, R&D, and Professional Services (PS) teams.
