Pros

Overall, a very good place to work. If you like working in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment, Actimize is for you. Like many software companies, Actimize is a highly-matrixed organization so to be successful you need to have a great work ethic and be able to collaborate with others on a frequent basis. The company has a very clear strategy and management ensures we execute on it. Employees are constantly being challenged, which I enjoy, but isn’t for everyone.

Actimize is a company that has a vibrant and dynamic culture, that fosters a spirit of growth, innovation and results. The opportunities to learn daily are enormous and you have ample opportunities to step up and prove yourself. Being a leader in the Financial Crime and Compliance space, Actimize grooms you with some much sought after expertise and in the process. exposes you to all aspects of running a FC&C business. People are fantastic, and in a collaborative culture, are always willing to help. The future outlook of the company is stellar with new products and services constantly being churned out to the market, translating into job opportunities across the board. Lastly, your capabilities drive your success. Immense scope for internal and upward mobility, based on performance. All in all, an absolutely wonderful place to work at, from a rounded perspective.

Cons

None really worth mentioning, but like every company that's on the growth cusp of breaking through new barriers, Actimize has its own share of capacity challenges, which it is proactively addressing as best as possible.
