Pros

The work culture here is excellent, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Leadership has a clear and progressive vision. They are well in tune with the ground realities. There is a strong sense of camaraderie within the teams.

Cons

-The commute to Hinjewadi during peak hours can be difficult but I doubt if the company can do anything about this except the flexible work shifts and hybrid model which they already do
