Pros

Extreme flexibility. Remote / hybrid. Good hard working team. Many honest individuals in the non management ranks. They will support you without question.

Cons

Favoritism by Management. If you are part of the inner circle you get all the good accounts and can make a lot of money. If you have been in that circle long enough you even get promoted to manager regardless of your skillset. If you are not in that circle you get the "dead" accounts, you will not make any money. you grind it out year over year at these dead accounts without making a dollar. You also get "demoted" to work for one of your peers who was "lucky" enough to be in that circle. Very demoralizing.

The NICE CEO seems like a great guy, smart, good speaker, clear vision.

Cons

Good qualities of NICE CEO are not shared by Actimize President. Transition of R&D offshore has resulted in lots of quality issues that tend to pull resources from the work they’re supposed to be doing and are being measured by. If you like dealing with unhappy customers who were sold products that do not exist or were pushed out prematurely, then this is the place for you.

This company is very unorganized and profit is more important than employee happiness or retention. Very high attrition, stagnant pay, terrible HR and overall management.
