Pros

Stimulating, rewarding and impactful work. Flexible and collegial team environment. Most people are highly professional and experts in their field. Supporting and leading innovation in academia and industry.

Cons

Very high pace and high volume work with limited support staff. Some management can be slow to open up to change. Opportunity for remote work has become more of a possibility due to the covid pandemic, but is not yet official.
