Flexibility and work life balance were excellent. 40 hours/week no weekends. Great benefits.

Cons

Salary lower than industry. Work could be boring and tedious. Limited opportunities for advancement. Need an MD degree to run most divisions.

Work Culture is absolutely toxic Staff are permitted to undermine each other There are "camps" of people that face off every day in a kind of tribal conflict senior leadership is either oblivious or directly feeding the infighting
