      Pros

      It is a very good place to learn new technologies if you are a fresher and get the experience.. A good place to work and learn at the same time

      Cons

      Salary is not so good..and you have to wait so long for your hikes as well..you will soon get frustated.

      Good and Friendly environment. Fun to work with. Lots of knowledge and new technologies are key points to join this company

      Cons

      Well for cons, there are no cons. Except that if you are working for franchise of niit. You will get less paid. there is bad experience in franchise and NIIT On centre is Good
