NIIT is known for it's brand name and it provides opportunities to learn as much as you want occasionally.

Cons

Policies are the best in the company but the management did not let the employees to take the advantages of these policies. For example, appraisal policy is worst and management decides the appraisal on the basis of their wish as to who should get how much hikes on the salary not on the basis of their performance...

Compensation increases are given as per a published policy. The policy is available to HR and all senior leaders of the company. Factors affecting compensation are performance, role, date of joining for new NIITians & salary band positioning. Every NIITian gets an email to this effect from the CPO. Every single compensation letter is reviewed by HR before release on the NIITians portal called iNIITian. I would recommend this NIITian to write to the CPO with the exact nature of the issue and get the same resolved at the earliest

Very FUTURISTIC, Organized & Planned, Good peoples, environment and good salary.

Cons

In Network centers their implementation becomes very weak due to many reasons out of which the most common is the difference of opinion between the NIIT Ltd. work culture and Franchisee's work culture.
