NIIT provides a great learning environment. Almost all people swear by the learning they received while working for NIIT. Open culture enables people to approach all levels of management. Fun loving people and environment, parties, outings, bonding with colleagues Generally a good flexible working environment. People make adjustments to special needs colleagues.
Cons
Tends to be bureaucratic and hierarchical, everything needs approval. Not able to convert great ideas into actions. Needs to be more nibble footed in moving ahead with actions.
