      Multiple business verticals both in education and IT means immense learning opportunities. Lateral movement is a possibility, also since it works with other sister concerns, business can be generated easily. For a sales guy, NIIT's brand value will help you sell.

      Cons

      Excessive hierarchies and approvals. Could do better with a flatter structure. Openness to new ideas is lacking. Freedom to try new things is restricted.
