      Pros

      - Excellent brand value in IT Education - Offers multitude of opportunities for professionals of all skillsets - Organization where many old veterans can offer their experiences

      Cons

      - Not very training efficient for a training company - Not a great pay-master - Many roadblocks for performing ambitious young blood, due to hierarchical structure, as well as old blood in the corporate ladder

      Pros

      NIIT gives a great oppourtunity to learn new technologies. Being with NIIT means you are exposed to new and latest technologies.You should be willing to take challenges

      Cons

      Should be more flexible especially in terms of work time, if you join NIIT Center. Centers asks the technical faculties to do marketing with the existing students. The other cons are the same, that prevails in any other organization.

      Pros

      Work Culture is good (Though I was blessed with good team). SEED - (kind of Workshop-cum-Trainings ) to improve both personal and work life were there. A good concept.

      Cons

      Though a standard industry level salary is provided (which is again a good thing), but not good annual salary hikes. Also, no big projects @ Java
