      The people over here are very helpful. work culture is also very smooth. lenier organization Provides an environment which allows you to experiment and learn by yourself.

      Cons

      Increment will be minimal or NOT at all. HRs will never respond to your queries even after repeated calls and mails and at times are rude. There is too much politics at senior and mid level management. If you want to grow by work it is no place for you. you can grow only by buttering. Not Much learning and growth opportunity.Unable to keep its commitment. Stagnant career and no management focus
