      A good company in some bad hands

      Pros

      NIIT focus on training and education, which is a great area to work in. It had its time in China, just slept on passed achievement.

      Cons

      Poor management and out of date products won't meet the request of market. It cause loosing market share and become 2rd tire company.

      boss was good and understanding there was a lot of youth in the organisation the leadership was considered to be pioneers in IT industry

      Cons

      Very less support from the sales leadership lack of training new hires were often lost reimbursement policies for sales folks can be improved

      good place to learn new technologies and an equipped infrastructure to work and learn the new technologies, policies mostly beneficial for female staff

      Cons

      tremendous work pressure, hectic schedules, weekend till saturday, policies require lot of amendments, growing prospects were limited, time wise and in monetary terms
