I feel valued not just for the work I do, but as a person, which really motivates me to give my best every day. It’s rare to find a company that puts so much effort into ensuring its employees are happy, and it’s one of the main reasons I love being part of this team.

Cons

While the work environment and perks at NIIT are fantastic, like any company, salary can sometimes be an area where improvement is needed. While I’m grateful for the overall benefits and the supportive culture, there are times when I feel the pay could better reflect the hard work and dedication employees put in.
