I thought it was only my team which has severe micromanagement. But after going through so many reviews complaining about micromanagement feels like micromanagement is embedded in the culture. No space for learner’s. Every manager trying to save themselves. Team members will be thrown under the bus in case of any escalations. Would not recommend new joiners who are looking for an environment to learn and grow. Leaders lack vision. Whether you know the work or not you will be expected to complete the task in couple of hours because they provide you cursor. 99% is vibe coding.
