Business Outlook
Pros
Nike's brand impresses your friends (and to some extent, external employers). Lot's of cheaply-made "swag." Great discount on shoes and apparel.
Cons
It's a constant sprint in the wrong direction -- lacking a true long-term vision and strategy. HR leadership is the definition of inconsistent, as policies are often not enforced for favored populations. Lastly, stock price has stayed flat for years, so stock-based compensation doesn't have the same pull as in other organizations.
