      Work-life balance. Employee friendly policies. Feedbacks are heard and actions will be taken (except career growth, salary structures)

      Cons

      Leadership team is not upto the mark, most of them want to push the days till they retire. Senior leadership team only talks no actions. NO CAREER growth. No rewards and recognition for the great work.
