      Pros

      Working for one of the biggest and most well-known companies. Pay, incentives, benefits. Campus is amazing. Opportunities to have impact if you are in the right place. Surrounded by smart people (most of the time).

      Cons

      Lots of crying in the parking lot. Highly political, onboarding is a nightmare, culture is not supportive and could be called aggressive. Engagement and morale are very low. Lack of trust of leadership. Long-tenured employees show contempt of how the company has evolved and leadership changes. Lots of people with one foot out the door and many more questioning their life choices.

      Pros

      Discounts on Nike product, good benefits, WLB is pretty good most of the time, campus culture was amazing when we used to work in the office, on-campus gym and climbing facilities, "was" one of the best employers in Portland

      Cons

      Compensation for tech workers hasn't kept up with the market during COVID, CDIO and his friends want to convert Nike into a tech consumer rather than innovator, people are leaving in droves and no one is allowed to replace them except with cheaper global "talent", projects are no longer interesting or innovative but simple integrations with expensive turn key solutions, and a lot of incompetent people that got their jobs through nepotism or cronyism
