      Great company, but not for everyone

      Pros

      Fun, interesting work and great product. Executives are good communicators and visionaries without seeming arrogant. Lots of interesting people from different cultures.

      Cons

      Complex matrix structure makes roles unclear and slows decision making. Low investment in systems In many areas. Your experience can vary a lot based on area you work in (e.g. Product, Brand Management "cool", Corporate Functions "not so much").

      Pros

      The way the company has organized it's management team and how they handle every situation. There is rarely any drama or conflict with the managers. The scope of work changes every shift which keeps things interesting!

      Cons

      Mandatory to work on all major holidays and weekends. Rarely given more then 2 or 3 days off during the busy holiday times. Maybe a pay raise would be nice!

      Pros

      Its a great place with great people, and lots of exciting things going on. And Nike always throws the best party.

      Cons

      The compensation is heavily stilted towards "cache" and inviting people along to lavish events and parties. Pay raises, or administrative help would be much more valued, but less fun.
