Pros
Overall compensation is great, benefits are fantastic, people are generally great too. Opportunity is there to succeed. Fun place to work.
Cons
As you grow with the company, it really helps to know people. Sometimes, only way you can get a job. Takes time to work your way up as well, unless you know someone. Saw many better qualified candidates get passed over for others who weren't, but they knew somebody.
