      good employee perks, casual yet professional work environment. company has a clear view of their goals and business objectives.

      Cons

      career growth of it's employee's is not really a priority for the company, there is no incentive for current employees to stay at the company and continue to work hard

      Pros

      Working for the best sports brand ever. Product is king and people are great. Work culture is geared towards active people which is a plus.

      Cons

      It is kind of hard to move up the ladder with Nike but its who you know not what you know.

      Pros

      good employee discount, good and open minded leadership (in my area). Less office politics and most of them are trying to get the work done.

      Cons

      I am working as an ETW (External Temp. Worker) and I would say at least 25% of the work force working on the WHQ are ETW. When you are an ETW, you don't enjoy the benefits and the promotion you deserved. (And you also happen to see a lot of employees to stay at NIKE for ages... like 10+, 20+ or even 30+ years) And this particular item can be good or bad depends on how you see it.
