      Would be a great place to start at right out of school

      Pros

      Great benefits, gyms on campus, annual wine sale, lots of super talented people, product discounts, if you are good at establishing and maintaining relationships- its the place for you

      Cons

      works on a matrix- so too much design by committee, lack of clarity sometimes in roles and how teams work together, very boys club- not many women in upper management, abuse of bad work lingo that doesn't really mean anything, too much time wasted on "socializing" your ideas with bad powerpoint decks

      Pros

      great benefits as far at there products go. Management is down to earth and they respect their employees as individuals.

      Cons

      Pay is not to great and you will be limited in working location if you desire a top position. The head quarters is in Beaverton, OR.
