      Personal growth, career growth, fantastic primary and secondary benefits, good competitive pay, international matrix to grow in, gym at work, close to home for me

      I truly can't think of many downsides. Its a large international company and you need to feel comfortable in a quick paced environment that will always go through a lot of change to stay ahead of the market
