The people we work with are just amazingly talented and smart. Good common sense hard working and hard playing folks. Som of the best people I have ever met. The work structure and environment is great. If you like sports you cannot work in a better environment. Everyone seems to really enjoy all the activities that are available to all the employees. There are a lot of opportunties to learn and advance. Nike believes in educating and advancing employees. I cannot wait each morning to get to work to see what challenges lie ahead of me that day. Not just on the job but afterwards on the basketball court.

Nike typically utilizes best-of-breed technology, including open-source software where applicable. They are generally open to new ideas. Management clearly values employees, as evidenced by positive feedback and things like job flexibility (hours, telecommuting), information sharing, etc. The campus is a beautiful place to work, if you are one of the lucky ones who are not located in a satellite building (not bad, just nothing like the campus).
