      Great work life balance, great benefits, respected company, people you work with are cool, cool projects to add to your portfolio

      Cons

      Upward mobility & career paths are unclear for a few functions, senior leadership can be unreliable, morale/company outlook continues to decline, the company reorgs every year, too many cooks in the kitchen, a lot of favoritism/nepotism happening, no real creative freedom which feels limiting over time, very clique-y, you have to make this brand your whole identity if you want to succeed here, it’s encouraged to “be your authentic self” but when you are it’s a problem; only favors a certain type of personality.
