      Culture slowly disappearing

      Historically a great culture, Sports moments, great direct leadership, great team

      Cons

      Poor executive leadership that is eroding our culture, forgetting 'the man', and showing no care about the sport moments that make Nike what it is. We need someone with concern for culture as a basis for driving growth at the stern instead of someone who has no clue about retail, no clue about culture, and no concern for sport.

      The work environment is good and the campus is great. As a tech person you do get to work on some cool stuff but not cutting edge.

      Cons

      The technical management is really poor and they do some really stupid things. The pay is low and the quality of the the developers is below average.
