Pros There is no doubt that this is a company that is disrupting the traditional job marketplace. You get out, what you put in. We are encouraged to lean on one another. I feel well supported and I'm fully invested in the direction that this company is moving towards. Cons I can honestly and truthfully say, there is nothing. You get out what you put into this job/company. Glassdoor offers so much ability to grow, connect, and disrupt!

Cons

Cons Some teething issues with our new campaign product but I’m sure we will get through it as we always do. I feel like csms have too many competing priorities with sales and too many targets in general.
