Pros

- Large set of responsibilities since it is a start-up - Lots of room for design exploration and research - Brilliant team members - Free lunches - Company events - Generous benefits - Cutting-edge technology - Cool office in the heart of Silicon Valley

Cons

- Lack of on-site testing facilities - Sometimes the vision does not coincide with technical data - Some teams are not on the same page which have caused internal conflicts and some employees to leave - A little slower development phase than I would expect from a start-up

Anonymous Employee - Worst HR & Operations Team

Pros

They have been able to attract some of the most intelligent people from the industry. It's either the CEO's Hard work or the fact that people were frustrated with their previous roles/managers. They are pushing old/new employees to go write positive review on Glassdoor after giving them good employee experience.

Cons

This company has the worst people & operations team. King Comp and Queen Benefits only want to talk and have employees listen to them. They promote within and grade their personal picks the highest keeping them safe while others are evaluated on their performance. They have no concept of building the processes, values and culture in a startup. They require everything to be served to them in a silver tray. They speak un-highly of the CEO behind her back and also let go of a great recruiter because the CEO and other leaders liked her. Their exit interviews have no process or follow up and they blame others for their weaknesses. There's no equal benefits in terms of stocks available to employees.
