      Pros

      The company has hired incredible talent in software, hardware and automotive technologies and is building a next generation autonomous EV from the ground up, which is super exciting. Management team is experienced, committed and strong.

      Pros

      Smart people. great vision and positioned to be a top player in the auto tech industry. Collaborative teams, easy commute, and catered free lunches are positive aspects of working at NIO.

      Cons

      We are growing very quickly and we have growing pains. We collide in beliefs about being a start-up and a mature (yet young) company.

      It's a 2000 people company spanning across 3 continents. We need to drive towards better collaboration & alignment across regions.
