Pros
Respect for people, caring managers, and freedom to communicate. I was particularly impressed by the hiring process. My recruiter was Geno Z. and he was very responsive, always reachable throughout the process, and respectful towards me unlike many other recruiters that I have seen behaving with candidates as commodities. I had no hassle in negotiating compensation. He seemed pretty reasonable and understood market dynamics. I had a quick turnaround time for signing and onboarding process after verbally accepting the offer.
Cons
Non traditional work culture. Those looking for conventional ways of working may not like working here.
