      Pros

      The EV industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the next 20 years. Lots of opportunities in the field and the company.

      Cons

      lack of good senior management, most of the "leaders" are those who didn't leave the firm in 2019 when the company was going through its most difficult time. company org is constantly changing, lack of clear function definitions. Also, there are no centralized enterprise level data warehouse.
