Strong management team with laser focused execution, great product line up and Engineering focused organization and care for it's people Full time and Contractor labor. People First organization!!

Cons

Not meant for anyone who doesn't enjoy or passionate about working with a 'Global Time Clock'. If you enjoy working with smart people who are globally spread, NIO is the company to work for.
