Pros

Competitive compensation, excellent dining facilities, strong training program.

Cons

Advancement feels arbitrary. Toxic Work Culture. Mid level leadership management style creates an environment of fear in an attempt to make employees excessively competitive with each other.

Pros

Good experience so far. My co-workers are good, the job is pretty much what I expected it would be, the culture is fine, the cafeteria is ok (some days better than others - but not bad), free Wawa coffee, milk, iced tea, oat meal, soup, and peanut butter and crackers. Everyone is relatively easy to talk to, including my boss. Lots of people have been here for years and years. Annual bonus opportunity.

Cons

Nothing particularly bad comes to mind. The price of food in the cafeteria has gone up a bit, but it has just about everywhere else, too.
