Pros

Training is very long, and they will make sure you know everything you need to get out on the floor. Good health insurance, free soup in the cafeteria.

Cons

Extremely micromanaged, its a call center job, they will come at you for going to the bathroom too often. In a typical day you are expected to have 2 ten minute breaks and 1 thirty minute lunch and aside from that you are taking callls. I was once told to keep additional bathrom breaks to under 15 min a day. Time between calls is expected to be under 4 minutes. You will have callouts you need to do and you will not have enough time scheduled to do them. Reaching out for assistance leads to 15 min plus hold times for customers. 4 in 5 customers are mad at you

Pros

Competitive pay ,Training is very in depth. Better than most call centers.

Cons

Terrible PTO, have to schedule time off ONE YEAR IN ADVANCE , given 40 hours for sick time at the start of the year , any parent knows , that’ll be gone by March or April if you’re lucky. And they do not accept doctors notes. You get penalized for using earned PTO thats not scheduled a year in advance. They stretch out training (admittedly due to space ) but you won’t be considered for any type of promotion for at least 2.5 or 3 years with being in the company. Rules change constantly with no verbal warnings, if you don’t check every single email everyday, you will fall behind.

Pros

Hybrid Schedule is the only pro.

Cons

Their communication is terrible. They hire this position in bulk every year because they have such a high turnover rate. Their background check is absolutely ridiculous, require you to essentially perform their job for them although they use a 3rd party background check company who is unreliable.
