      Free Soup, Free Milk, Free Oatmeal, Pay is decent

      Cons

      Hard to take time off, no flexibility what so ever, micro-managed down to the second, very stressful environment, management do not know how to properly manage. If you have kids, NJM is not the place for you.

      Everything else. Managers can be absent for so long that their employees don’t know whether they still work for the company. There is no training, not even for employees straight out of school. If you have a disability expect to be shown the door. LGBT employees will also not last long at this company.
