      Pros

      Benefits including PTO that be carried over. Great 401k plan. Business casual dress but still no denim. Slowly approving telecommuting.

      Cons

      The lack of respect. There are small changes being implemented but underneath these changes things are still the same. If you aren’t aligned with the right people you will not move ahead. There are open door policies and “ transparency” but if you actually question anything or speak up you aren’t viewed favorably. If your young and ambitious you could survive here. If you are a long term employee it feels like your days are numbered.

      Pros

      You can have free oatmeal and soup, the building and grounds are nicely maintained, and the benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Micromanagement to the point of harassment. 5 minute breaks. No work/life balance. Basically prison with pay, but prisoners probably get more respect.

      Great bunch of colleagues...

      Cons

      Micromanaging is all the supervisor knows how to do. Manager does not know how to speak to employees. Most of the unit has been out on stress or should be due to the manager. HR does nothing and neither do her managers. Everyone is aware and turns a blind eye! 14 employees in June ... 6 in January!
