      Pros

      Good Benefits package, Matched 401K, yearly bonus, big green campus, updated work areas, plenty of parking.

      Cons

      2-5 minute or 1-10 minute break a day!, 1/2 hour lunch, if you want 15 extra, you stay 15 extra ! Must work 1 Saturday or Monday every month Mandatory. Bidding for summer vacation days, last hired... forget about a summer day. Must work 4th of July and minor US holidays ( last hired...)no on site gym.

      Management is terrible. Lots of rules. Overbearing. Micromanage. Hostile work environment.

      Pros

      Nice cafeteria with good food, good coworkers, good supervisors (for the most part). Campus is nice. Benefits are decent. Security on campus. Wellness center on site.

      Cons

      Constantly treated by upper management like your a child. You better say smile and say hi to them EVERY time you see them or you'll be "spoken to". Supervisors and everyone below are spread too thin and they (Upper mgmt) just want to add on more everyday. They are clicky and stuck up and don't show appreciation for anything. Their version of professional is from 1970, and so are their haircuts.
