As soon as I started working at NJM everyone was warm, welcoming, nice and friendly. They provide so many learning opportunities and the time to advance your skills. There’s tons of room for advancement and growth, as long as you are a good worker. The company culture here is top tier, by far the best place I have ever worked in my entire life. For most employees you can work a hybrid schedule, working 2 days a week from home and in office 3 days a week. The company has great health insurance, dental, vision, and a great 401k program with up to a 8% match. They have a on site cafeteria in their offices, which is very convenient for your in office days. They also have a health center with nurses.
