The appreciation shown for our hard work. Great co-workers and great mentors.

It’s a difficult industry and things change on a daily basis to no fault of NJM’s and the customers get ruder by the day.

Pros

The pay was a big step up for me, the training was honestly very good and left me prepared for the job. Support from my supervisor, team lead, and from the insurance specialists. The hybrid work from home schedule is nice. The cafe has pretty decent food and very affordable prices, and the free daily soup, oat meal and grits are a nice touch. Would recommend.

Cons

Working on Saturday is definitely the low point of the job. Also customer-facing jobs aren't my favorite, but that's just part of the job.
