      I've worked for NJM for 10 years, moved to the PIP department 1.5 years ago - best thing I've ever done.

      Cons

      They stopped offering fully-remote positions, requiring that we come to the office 3 days a week, without an explanation as to why. There are no benefits to coming to the office - everything can be done virtually but they insist otherwise.
