Pros

Vanguard at 8% match Lee is the top employee in the cafeteria, sincerely the last person to care

Cons

-The CEO is a liar. In short, the video sent says members of staff were making mistakes and being in person would eliminate confusion so we could collaborate efficiently. It is strictly about the state requiring employees to be in office 3 days a week again to maintain tax breaks. Since going into the office I've had exactly zero meetings in person. I've wasted time waiting in line for the bathroom or walking to and from the cafeteria and waiting in line to order or pay for food, and with network issues as a result of so many people being in the office at the same time. But... efficiency... right? -the company insists it offers "work/life balance" but we're frequently stuck on calls and are being forced into the office during strong winds/flooding/snow/ice conditions 3x a week. -COVID policy is putting employees at risk since you need to have symptoms or test positive, which is ridiculous when other household members are positive. This is a job that can easily be done from home and has been for 2+ years, why should people be taking these risks? The second the employees were mandated back in everyone got sick, to no surprise. Since the higher ups are home and have been, they learned nothing from the pandemic. -I.T. will clear cashe or have you restart your computer. That's it. That's the solution to every problem. Don't bother calling them, unless you feel like wasting the company's time. -Bring in your food, or try and speed out to pickup food elsewhere in time. That cafeteria food can be good at peak, but it never seems fully cooked and is frequently cold/dried out. -Metrics are company values. Forget employees. Truly just a number here. How long you're talking, were you on break for more than exactly ten minutes, if your note had anything beyond the bare minimum info even if the additional info included could save another rep from a headache or wasting time, etc. -incredibly difficult to get time off, which is increasingly frustrating with the in office requirements being so rigid.

Pros

none at this time - even the free soup is horrible

Cons

All departments leave early for Christmas but the contact center - it should be the entire company, only 2 WFH days - used to be 4

Pros

Flexible and strong company to work for

Cons

None currently. The hybrid schedule adjusting to 3 days in mandatory was tough for some.
